Kung Hei Fat Choy and Tết Nguyên Đán

Or happy new year - it's the start of the Chinese Year of the Dragon 2012 today and the Vietnamese Lunar New Year.  Being a dragon myself I'd like to wish you all good luck and prosperity for the coming year.  As I didn't quite manage to do it at the 1st January new year!! 

Work had a chinese buffet on in the cafe today - very lovely indeed.  Don't think I'll be needing any dinner though!  I wonder what the future holds for me...

Well that's ok then!  I hope you all are having a lovely year so far and it carries on that way too.  Me - well I plan to actually finish some of my many projects this year; including the pantry, making cheese, making cider &c &c &c...

    Happy New Year to you Dragon! Your fortune cookie says things will improve with the years - plural! Don't hold your breath then. Glad to know that you had a decent Chinese lunch. I wish you luck with your projects.
